I am dedicated to providing high-quality individualized patient care by leading a team of expertly trained and caring professionals. I’m committed to continually increasing my skills through continuing education and using modern technology. I’m devoted to providing a comfortable and caring environment for patients and for our dental team. I enjoy the synergistic experience that happens with a well-trained team, so we do a lot of team training.

My newest addition of technology to the office is a CEREC Primescan. I have been doing same-day crowns since 2009, and this piece of technology helps me do them even faster. It also has a digital scanner so that I can do complex cases to send to the lab with digital precision. We can do ortho, dentures, implants, sleep apnea treatment, and more using digital imaging.

I like to nerd out listening to thousands of hours of dental podcasts and reading books about business best practices and personal growth.After we get to know each other a bit, I might crack a joke (I like puns), or get into a brief philosophical discussion with you, depending on the circumstances. We take our work seriously but like to have a bit of fun in the process. We are real people treating real people. Let’s make it an enjoyable experience for all of us!

My name is Lily. I enjoy getting to assist you in arranging financial options that will allow you to achieve a beautiful smile.  As well as making you comfortable at your dental home.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with my husband and our families.

My name is Yamilex but I go by ” Yami”. I have been in the dental field since 2019. I enjoy assisting Dr. Harless as well as being a patient coordinator. My goal is to make you happy with your smile. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 horses and 3 dogs going on horseback adventures and traveling to different places.
